Ageless Perfection grew from Maria Jose Salas's conviction that medical aesthetics can be warm without losing rigor. After years in clinical care, she founded the practice to offer personalized treatments in a space that doesn't feel like a clinic — and has since built a team that practices to the same standard.

Every plan is built during the initial consultation. No pre-built packages, no pressure to book the same day.

Owner & Lead Practitioner

Maria Jose is the owner and lead practitioner at Ageless Perfection. A board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C) with a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN), she has practiced in medical aesthetics for over a decade and sets the clinical standard the team practices to.

Her philosophy: the best aesthetic work is the kind no one notices — only a more rested, more serene version of you. She'd rather invite you back to add more than overshoot.

Massiel Tasis Viera

RMA, RPT

Aesthetic Provider

Massiel is an Aesthetic Provider at Ageless Perfection. A Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) and Registered Phlebotomy Technician (RPT), she works as part of the Ageless Perfection team delivering treatments with the same warmth and attention to detail.

For many clients, Massiel is a familiar face from the start — guiding consultations, follow-ups, and the treatments she performs.
