Ageless Perfection grew from Maria Jose Salas's conviction that medical aesthetics can be warm without losing rigor. After years in clinical care, she founded the practice to offer personalized treatments in a space that doesn't feel like a clinic.

Maria Jose is the owner and lead practitioner at Ageless Perfection. She's a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C) with a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN), practicing in medical aesthetics for over a decade, and leads a small team trained to her standard.
Her philosophy: the best aesthetic work is the kind no one notices — only a more rested, more serene version of you. She'd rather invite you back to add more than overshoot.
