Refund Policy

Products

Unopened products may be exchanged or returned to Ageless Perfection for a full refund within 15 days of the purchase date. Opened and used products are non-refundable.

Services

We are committed to your satisfaction with every service we offer at Ageless Perfection. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with a service you have received, we ask that you notify us within 24 hours after the service so that we can address your concerns in a timely manner.

Free Consultations and Redos

• If you are not satisfied with a service, you may schedule a free consultation within 48 hours of the original service date.
• During the consultation, we will assess your concerns and, if necessary, offer a free redo of the service to correct any identified issues.

Professional Assessment

• Please note that any refund or redo request will be subject to the assessment of the professional who performed the service.
• This assessment ensures that refund requests apply only in cases where a legitimate issue with the service is identified.
• Work that has been professionally performed satisfactorily and in accordance with Ageless Perfection's quality standards will not be considered for redo or refund.

• To request a refund or free redo, contact our team within 24 hours after the service.
• Provide specific details about your experience and any concerns you may have.
• We will be happy to resolve any issues and ensure your satisfaction with our services.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Policies are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. The exclusive venue is the state or federal courts, as applicable, with respect to any dispute arising under these Policies or in connection with any Product or Service, unless Ageless Perfection determines otherwise in its sole discretion and the parties expressly agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts. Any cause of action or other claim with respect to the Products or Services must be initiated within one year after the cause of action or claim arises.
